   We were buying a house with a relocation company 
   involved which slowed down the process quite a bit. Joe
   kept at it, and made sure we were not homeless! Our
   closing went smoothly thanks to his efforts. The best
   thing I can tell you is that Joe makes himself available
   outside of the 9-5 working hours. When we were 
   in "crunch" time, there were several late emails and phone
   calls. We really valued Joe’s dedication throughout the
